FAQ

  • We have two main engagement models: (1) project-based deliverables with an agreed upon timeframe and set fee, and (2) a limited number of monthly retainer-based policy analysis agreements.

Both of our engagement types typically begin with an introductory meeting to better understand your needs and whether we can help. If we can help, we will quickly turn our discussion into a proposed statement of work where we can jointly refine the scope, timeline, and terms. If we can’t help, we will say so, and do our best to point you to someone in our network who can.

We limit the number of retainer-based policy analysis agreements and structure them to ensure we can continue to provide independent, objective analysis across the space community.

  • Our fee is based on the scope of work, timeline, and any additional resources required to complete the deliverable, all of which will be included in a proposal. We offer our independent advice on policy issues to Congress and U.S. partner nation legislative bodies on a pro bono basis.

  • We tap into one of the largest government and industry networks in the space community to curate the best available talent to meet your project needs. We will discuss specific team members and their expected contributions as part of our initial meeting and mutually refine the team during the proposal process.
